During shelter in place in the darkest corridors of Covid in 2020, I sat at the piano one day and played my favorite Replacements song.
The basic track from this recording is from a video that I made which I had sent to guitarist Neal Walter who converted it into an audio file so he could lay down a little acoustic guitar. He then sent it back to me so I could add a few extra layers.

I wanted to keep the spirit of this song intact as there is such a beautiful element with the sparseness in this Paul Westerberg classic, while at the same time giving it a little extra something.

It was a strange process that worked up a mean mean thirst.
