During a writing/recording session in Montana a few years before Ament's While My Heart Beats record was made, I had the idea of capturing song ideas for a kids record I was planning to someday make.
At the time my son Alexander was around 3 and this song captured my thoughts and feelings for him while being away from home.

Here's some power pop that packs a punch with nothing but love!
